By using this service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

This is a pay-per-use file transfer service. You upload files, pay upfront, and receive a shareable download link. No account is required.

2. Transfer Limits

• Maximum file size: 250 GB per transfer
• Storage duration: 1 to 365 days (files over 100GB: max 180 days)
• Downloads per transfer: 1 to 999

These limits may change. Current limits are displayed during checkout.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed in Israeli Shekels (ILS)
• Minimum price: ₪4.90 per transfer
• Price based on file size, storage duration, and download count
• Payment required before upload
• Accepted: Credit cards, Bit, Apple Pay
• No VAT charged (exempt dealer status)

4. Extensions

After a transfer is created, you may extend storage duration or download count. Extensions are prepaid additions only.

You cannot reduce TTL or downloads, cancel or modify files, or request refunds for unused extensions.

5. Data Handling

What we do:

• Files stored in encrypted cloud storage
• Files automatically and permanently deleted after TTL expires
• We do not access, view, or analyze your file contents

What we collect:

• File metadata (name, size, type) for service operation
• IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Payment records as required by law

What we don't collect:

• Personal accounts or profiles
• Email addresses (unless provided for receipts)
• Tracking cookies for advertising

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use this service to:

• Upload illegal content under Israeli or applicable law
• Share copyrighted material without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Circumvent service limits or abuse the system

We reserve the right to delete content and ban users who violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important files.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to the amount you paid for the transfer
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to shared links
• Password protection is your responsibility

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your files. This license ends when your transfer expires or is deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
